Order & Payment


  1. Making an online purchase at Hieno.store is easy, quick and secure and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week!
  2. Simply browse our site and “add to cart” any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You could amend the quantity later. (Alternately, you can “add to wishlist” the items you are interested in too!)
  3. When you are done shopping, just click on "view cart" to review your shopping then “proceed to checkout” and fill out the few details needed to complete your order.
  4. If you have a coupon code, remember to enter the code on the cart page before checking out the cart.
  5. Please ensure that all fields required are accurately completed, otherwise you may be unable to complete the checkout.
  6. Choose the delivery options and payment method that best suit you to complete your order.
  7. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  8. Once the order has been processed, packed and being shipped to you, you will be notified.


1. Processing of orders received on Hieno.store
We will process all orders within 1-2 business working days. All orders placed on weekends will be only be processed on the first immediate working day.
Please allow 2-4 working days (local) for the items to reach you after we notify you of your tracking numbers. There are no same-day delivery services at the moment.

2. Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
Once you submit your order, a notification to confirm your order and a summary of payment will be issued.
An acceptance of your order will only take place upon receipt of payment has been made and confirmed by the relevant financial authorities.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched using the courier service company of our choice, you will receive an email containing a tracking number which you can use it to track your order. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.
4. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering process. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order only after you have completed the ordering process, please contact info@hieno.store immediately. We will try our best to process your request.
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on Hieno.store are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In any case, if we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. 


Our payment process is operated through a reputable payment gateway providers Paypal and iPay88 via a secure server. All card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to the payment gateway providers for authorization. No credit card information is stored on the Glasir Asgard Sdn Bhd server at any time. We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled for unexpected reasons.
Similarly, you can pay all or part of the amount of your order using a store credit or a promotional voucher that is issued by Glasir Asgard Sdn Bhd (Any promotional voucher must be entered at the check out page online only)
Please note that your payment transaction will appear as Glasir Asgard Sdn Bhd or iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd on your credit/debit card/bank statement. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Upon authorisation of the payment, by clicking the “Proceed with payment” button, you are confirming that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder of the said card or the promotional voucher, and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.
Alternatively, payment by cash deposit is also accepted (only in Malaysia). All payments must be cleared by the bank before the order can be dispatched. 
We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed due to incorrect payment details provided. We reserve the rights to cancel and or suspend your order if the full payment is not received within the stipulated time (12 hours from the time of order). This does not affect any other rights we may have.
